The JM55 Force is a heavy-duty, entry level laminator that is designed for users who require durability and functionality over the long-term. It is excellent for mounting, laminating and decaling pressure sensitive materials.

Features of the Force include a laminating width of 55” (1397mm), large 4.7” (120mm) diameter non-stick rollers, speed control up to 20 ft (6m) per minute, 1” (25mm) nip opening, nip pressure indicator, removable front table, heavy-duty metal construction with lockable casters, "hold flat” paper in-feed guide, top and bottom auto-grip supply shafts with brake tension control, top auto-grip take-up shaft, single mechanical height/pressure adjustment, interchangeable 110V or 220V electrical configuration, and emergency stops and safety photo sensors for protection.

The JM63 Pro XD is a full featured, versatile, freestanding wide-format roller laminator with roll-to-roll capability at an excellent price. The heated top roller allows it to be used with Heatset® thermal laminates as well as pressure sensitive laminates and adhesives.

Features of the Pro XD include a top roller with adjustable temperature to 248°F (120°C), laminating width of 63” (1600mm), large 5.5" (140mm) diameter non-stick silicone rollers, laminating speed up to 20 feet (6m) per minute, 2” (50.8mm) nip opening, nip pressure indicator, fold down front table, heavy-duty metal construction with lockable casters, "hold flat” paper in-feed guide, top and bottom auto-grip supply shafts with brake tension control on operator side, top and bottom auto-grip take-up shafts with adjustable clutch speed including rear take-up for roll-to-roll, emergency stops and safety photo sensors for protection, and single mechanical height/pressure adjustment.

The JM63 Fuzion XD has many of the features of the JM63 Pro XD, but with the price point of a standard wide format roller laminator. Excellent for laminating vehicle wraps, creating window decals and mounting graphics to substrates, the Fuzion XD is ideal for shops wanting to add roll-to-roll laminating capabilities at a lower price tag.

Features of the Fuzion XD include a top roller with heat assist to 110°F (43°C) to help prevent silvering, laminating width of 63” (1600mm), large 4.7” (120mm) diameter non-stick silicone rollers, 1” (25mm) nip opening, nip pressure indicator, fold down front table, heavy-duty metal construction with lockable casters, built-in flip open storage compartments, "hold flat” paper in-feed guide, top and bottom auto-grip supply shafts with brake tension control, top auto-grip take-up shafts with adjustable clutch speed, and emergency stops and safety photo sensors for protection.
